About Me
MSc Astrophysics Student at LMU Munich
I am currently pursuing an MSc in Astrophysics at LMU Munich, where my coursework has included Hydrodynamics, Multi-Messenger Astrophysics, Radiative Processes, Cosmology, and related topics.
I obtained my BSc in Physics with a specialization in Astrophysics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2025, graduating with a grade of 8.59/10.00 (Excellent). During my undergraduate studies, I completed both my BSc thesis and an internship at IAASARS, National Observatory of Athens.
Alongside my coursework, I participated in several conferences, summer schools, and workshops, and carried out a research project on time delays induced by gravitational lensing and dust scattering.
My current research interests focus on galaxy clusters, active galactic nuclei, X-ray astrophysics, and computational approaches to understanding galaxies and their environments.

Research
I developed my research and analytical skills early through a research project during the third year of my BSc studies. I continue to work on my research at IAASARS based on my BSc thesis.

Amateur Astronomy
I have my own amateur telescope, which I use to observe objects that I study during my degree. I am particularly fascinated by planetary nebulae and globular clusters.

Hobbies
I really enjoy playing and watching football as well as basketball. Another passion of mine is chess, where I have competed in various tournaments both as a child and as an adult. I also enjoy movies and music.
